I am struggling, it’s about that time. Every 3 years or so I have issues with SL and just can’t force myself to interact any more than absolutely necessary. I will be taking a hiatus from blogging and I will only be in SL to do my job for TLC and to go to my Daddy’s sets. It’s just not in me anymore.

Don’t Mess with the Beast Inside

Okay, this is going to sound like a copout or an excuse, it’s not though. I am an Aquarius, one of the nicest people on the planet until you harm someone I care about or do me very, very wrong. An example, I have had a few brands do me dirty in the past. I won’t get into details but being unceremoniously dumped with no notice or cause is definitely one example. When this happens I have a very long memory and will no longer support said brand, won’t purchase anything and if they happen to be in an event I am blogging, I won’t use their item. Now, don’t get me started on when you wrong someone I care about, there is no place on earth you can hide from my wrath then.

I’m at a loss about what to talk about today. So much has happened recently and I feel like I’ve covered it all. Sometimes in blogging though I feel like I take 1 step forward and 15 steps back. Call Me

I wasn’t scheduled to work today but I got asked to come in, and since I like money I, of course, said yes. I woke up with a headache this morning, it’s something that is becoming more common. Ready for a Scary Movie Night

I think I’ve mentioned it before, how I was terrified of horror movies when I was a kid all the way until I was 16. So by the time the Scream series made its appearance, I could enjoy them for both the scare and comedic factor. I remember watching it the first time and not having any clue who the bad guys were. I was shocked, to say the least.

Did I Scare You?

One more week until the big event. Halloween that is. Well, technically it’s on Sunday but since I live in Mormonville, USA all the festivities will happen on Saturday, October 30. It sucks living in such a weird town but oh well, I can only hope to move one day.

I’ve met all my requirements for this month so that means I can play for a bit this week. Last week I hit up the sale at Blueberry and scored this awesome cardigan. I Don’t Take Selfies That Much

Okay, I’m old in RL, selfies are just not a thing that was popular when I was a kid. I mean for one, we had to use a real camera and stand in front of a mirror or angle a camera just right and then wait to develop the film, only to find out we got the top of our head or one eyeball. Selfies weren’t so easy back then. I also don’t often feel good enough about myself to share my face with the world. It is what it is.

Beware All Ye Who Enter Here

Today has been one hell of a day. I woke up this morning, things were great, I was getting coffee on board, and working on my next blog photo, this photo as a matter of fact. Well, since I worked today  I needed to shower and get ready of course. I turned the water on to warm up and went in to test it and it was ice cold. I turned it up and waited a few more minutes only to be greeted with even colder water. We have a gas water heater so I figured I better check the pilot light, it was out and would not relight, no matter what I tried.

So I skipped the shower, went to work, and when I came home our neighbor, a licensed plumber was doing some work on our kitchen sink. We asked him to check the water heater and he couldn’t get it lit either. He called a local company that deals in water heaters to help us out and they told us it wouldn’t be until tomorrow, surprisingly they called back a bit later and said they could come today and install our brand new water heater. While replacing it, they found a squirrel had crawled into the vent and died which might have explained the pilot light not lighting, oh and the massive amounts of headaches we’ve had as a household. So, that was my terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day.
